D. From Affiliates and Agents

B. For Sellers

Personal and financial details are used only for validation and background checking. Only vehicle information is published publicly for listings or marketing materials.

C. For Partner Vehicle Owners

• The Mcars PH Internal Team for background verification and processing.
• The assigned Buyer, for viewing of verified car and loan information related to their Rent-to-Own contract.

Partner Vehicle Owners’ personal details (such as name, contact info, and bank data) will not be published or shared without consent.

D. For Affiliates and Agents

Identification and personal data are used only for KYC verification and internal documentation. However, contact details (name, phone number, and/or email address) may be shared with potential buyers so they can reach out for inquiries and assistance. Affiliates and agents must ensure that the contact information they provide is their own, active, and authorized for business communication. Mcars PH is not liable for any issues resulting from the use of unauthorized or incorrect contact details.

E. Buyer–Owner Access

The First Owner (Partner Vehicle Owner) and the Buyer will each have access to their specific car and associated loan/bank details as required for transparency, contract monitoring, and verification.

5. Data Sharing Under Legal Obligation

Mcars PH may disclose or share personal data only when required by law or authorized authorities, including:

• Requests from courts, law enforcement, or government agencies, provided these requests follow due process and valid legal orders.
